Overages/surplus funds-is money left over from properties that have been foreclosed on and sold through sheriff sales and auctions for non-payment of taxes or mortgages. If the money is not claimed by a certain deadline, the money will escheat...which means the Government or State Agency will legally be allowed to keep the money.
Through various research and skip tracing methods, public records, private investigators and special internet searches as well. We only contact individuals and businesses, when we are at least 99.5% sure there are overage funds available for them to claim!
Absolutely! You are not obligated to use any recovery service to file a claim. However during our extensive research, time, and effort, we found some government agencies did not post all the necessary information needed to file a claim, or how and where to obtain other documents needed to prove your claim. We also found some agencies, only accept claims submitted to them by Attorneys. Our company prefers to use Attorneys for all of our claims. If you decide to file a claim on your own (and you have the resources to hire an Attorney if required) we recommend you to do so!
We completely understand. In today's society, it is quite alarming to see the number of scams that have taken place. We do not charge upfront fees, one-time processing fees, or consultation fees. We only get paid if we successfully recover your funds, and only for the percentage/amount agreed to before the process. Names of consultants are provided on this website, and we highly encourage you to feel free to google their names. You really don't have anything to lose.....but perhaps a good amount to gain!
